The Challenge Pfizer needed to convert a PowerPoint-based course into something more engaging to help colleagues understand the Safe Harbour process.
Our Solution We rewrote the existing content to suit an e-learning environment and designed bespoke visuals and illustrations to help convey the process and its importance within Pfizer.
The Challenge: PepsiCo had an excellent classroom-based course but were limited geographically in how it could be delivered on a consistent basis
Our Solution: We created an engaging e-learning course which captured all of the key classroom learnings with a number of added benefits including delegates being able to learn at their own pace.
The Challenge Our global retail client needed to provide self-paced GDPR training to over 8500 staff whilst minimising disruption to its day-to-day business. Having employees in multiple global locations and no sound cards in PCs added to the complexity of this learning and development project.
Our Solution Esus created a rich multimedia e-learning course using vibrant, engaging, customised visuals that accurately reflected the clients brand and culture. The content was cleverly displayed minimising text-overload in the absence of voiceover and it included interactive learning elements to ensure continued trainee engagement and increased retention levels. The finished course and all supporting materials were translated into 6 different languages.
The Challenge:
The Irish Red Cross has in excess of 3,600 members who needed to go through a formal ‘Member Induction’ course. A presenter was needed to deliver the course at locations throughout Ireland resulting in increased travel and time commitments for all.
Our Solution:
Esus developed an interactive self-paced online elearning course for new members to replace the in-person ‘Member Induction’ course. Engaging graphics, embedded video and quizzes consistent with the Red Cross branding guidelines were created and participant feedback was captured directly within the course.
The Challenge
Trend Micro, the global leader in enterprise data security and cybersecurity solutions, was looking for vendors to work with them to create fresh and engaging consumer-focused e-learning content for its new security education portal.
Our Solution
Esus worked closely with subject matter experts in Trend Micro to develop an interactive and engaging course covering the entire spectrum of phishing techniques, ranging from the most basic ones to the most advanced. The course helps users understand the mindset of the attacker and learn how to defend from phishing attempts.
Development of a x10 module ‘Site Supervisor Safety E-learning Programme’ for the Construction Industry Federation.
Development of ‘Dignity at Work / Bullying & Harassment’ E-learning Course to support the rollout of a related Policy in Sanmina Medical
The Challenge: As part of its ongoing commitment to product excellence, Guinness wanted to work more closely with its partners to ensure a consistent customer experience regardless of their global location.
Our Solution: We worked with a production partner to develop an interactive educational DVD for Guinness' global partners. The product featured 8 languages, allowing users to select the content most relevant to them.
The Challenge: With senior fitters and supervisors due to retire shortly, ITW Hi-Cone needed to create corresponding videos which captured it's worker's wealth of knowledge and experience
Our Solution: We worked with ITW Hi-Cone to capture the nuances of each procedure and created a suite of instructional videos on their most important tasks for the next generation of colleagues.

Development of an Online Member Induction Course for the Irish Red Cross with embedded video content.
The Challenge: Heineken were introducing new leadership concepts to managers and wanted an interactive tool that helped to reinforce the classroom learning. This needed to be done in a fun and engaging way
Our Solution: We created a game-based puzzle which challenged managers to match characteristics to their correct personality types. Users had to drag & drop traits into their correct position in the fastest time possible!
The Challenge: PepsiCo needed an interactive tool to help convey key messages and concepts to colleagues in a fun, engaging and memorable manner
Our Solution: We developed an engaging puzzle which required colleagues to place elements into their correct position, in the shortest time possible. The clock was ticking!
Development of an interactive Game to reinforce classroom learning for a Heineken senior leadership team
Creation of a PepsiCo Game-Based puzzle to place elements into their correct position, in the shortest time possible.
The Challenge: F6 Tech needed an interactive tool to effectively demonstrate its ground breaking "black box" product for the automotive industry including its real-world applications and uses
Our Solution: We created a comprehensive scenario tool that included animated walkthroughs of individual product features and real-world applications, in a visually engaging manner.
The Challenge: Janssen wanted to present and showcase the effectiveness of its product in an engaging storyboard format. This needed to distil a complex subject into a format that was easily assimilated and digestible
Our Solution: We created a high impact storyboard, in keeping with the name and product brand. This was user driven, making it easy and interesting for customers to understand the complex subject.
