Engaging Content is Key to Esus Success

In a recent profile in Business Plus Magazine’s “Cork Top 50 Companies” supplement, our Managing Director, Gary O’Flynn highlighted what has been the key to success for Esus – “creating engaging content that users want to take as opposed to material they are required to take.”

Gary focused on a number of projects that we worked on over the past 12 months including:

  • A course for a global brand where the main objective was “to provide over 5,000 employees and contractors with an understanding, awareness, and knowledge of their Dignity and Respect at Work policy.” We developed an interactive and engaging e-learning course which involved repurposing and leveraging content from an existing policy document and distilling the content into a digestible format.
  • A Health and Safety project which involved Esus creating an induction animation in English, Chinese, Hindi and Latin American Spanish for use in 9 of the client’s global manufacturing plants.
  • Health & Safety site induction training videos for a client in the wine and spirit sector where we developed storyboards, spent days on site filming and in post production resulting in 4 separate interactive and informative courses.
