Primark

Project:
GDPR & Data Protection E-learning Course
Industry:
Retail
Solution:
A multilingual SCORM course created in English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Requirement

In advance of GDPR coming into effect, Primark needed to train over 8500 staff whilst minimising disruption to its day-to-day business. Having employees in multiple global locations and no sound cards in PCs added to the complexity of this learning and development project.

Solution

Esus created a rich multimedia e-learning course using vibrant engaging, customised visuals that accurately reflected the client’s brand and culture. In the absence of voiceover, the content was cleverly displayed minimising text-overload while including interactive learning elements to ensure continued trainee engagement and increased retention levels. The finished course and all supporting materials (learning aids & posters) were translated into 6 languages to maximise the customised e-learning solution.

Testimonials
Primark

Faced with an incredibly tight deadline Esus pulled out all the stops to deliver a compelling regulatory course & supporting material (in 6 translated languages) that has received universally positive feedback from our staff – more than 8,500 staff completed the course. Esus really understood what was needed and demonstrated a willingness to overcome any challenge collaboratively.
