esus can design and develop websites in accordance with the web accessibility guidelines as issued by the Irish Government. Compliance with the minimum level of the World Wide Web Consortiums Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI "A" Standard) (http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/) is also catered for. Adherance to these guidelines ensures that websites are developed to serve the largest possible audience using the broadest range of systems and that the needs of users with disabilities are considered.

As many customer's cannot guarantee that its website visitors will have standard technology, this process will ensure access to its information on the web and its ability to deliver the message in a way that allows everyone to benefit.

·	All font sizes should be customisable by the end user

·	All important images should have an 'alt' attribute and description
